Partnering Organization: Paradigm Foundation

Paradigm Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, dedicated to serving the ultra-poor in countries like the Dominican Republic, Kenya, and the Central African Republic. Founded in 2014 by Jen and Tim Winters, the Paradigm Foundation has focused on providing dignified shelter and improving quality of life through home construction and access to basic infrastructure such as sanitation and clean water. Their mission centers on serving the ultra-poor by creating safe, sustainable living environments while strengthening spiritual and community foundations through partnerships with local churches. In 2024, Just Jerseys partnered with Paradigm Foundation to extend our support to rural youth in the Dominican Republic by donating over 100 pieces of athletic apparel to children in villages around Santo Domingo. These items helped equip school-based sports programs where resources are often limited, enabling organized play and team sports participation. By providing uniforms, we helped support routine practice and match play, increasing program consistency and offering rural youth access to healthy, structured activities.
