In 2024, Just Jerseys partnered with Develop Africa to support the Kamawornie Nursery School, delivering 305 pieces of athletic apparel and clothing tailored to the students’ sizes and preferences. As Develop Africa shared, “The distribution process was a moment of joy and gratitude…Each pupil received a set of jerseys and clothes tailored to their size and preferences…The donation instilled a sense of pride and belonging among the pupils and contributed to their overall well-being and self-esteem.” The school administration and teachers expressed deep appreciation, noting increased student morale and participation in school activities. Additionally, we partnered with local nonprofit NOVA Youth Robotics to support the FAWE All-Girls Computer Lab in Freetown, providing programming, math, and English lessons to 133 students aged 8–14. Our fundraising efforts in Northern Virginia helped cover operational costs, including electricity, gas, and technology expenses, enabling students to access critical digital skills and inspiring them to recognize the value of education in shaping their future.
